New addition to 2015-16 singlet honors community losses

2015 MTSU singletWrestling is perhaps the one sport that fosters a sense of community like no other. From the time a wrestler first laces up a pair of shoes through the AAU seasons, then onward through Middle School, High School, and even College, seeing the same faces every weekend at every tournament creates a familial atmosphere that stretches from cities, to counties, to states.

The MTSU Wrestling program has been proud to be a part of the closely knitted mid-state wrestling community, with a high percentage of it’s wrestlers coming from their schools and clubs. With a slight adjustment to their 2015-16 singlet, the Blue Raider wrestlers will honor the unfortunate losses that the Mid-state wrestling family has endured throughout the course of the 2015 year by adding a black band across the right shoulder strap.
